Shopping in Mississauga

Square one is located in down town Mississauga. Just steps away from celebration square, Square one is the 4th biggest mall in Canada. The appearance of square one isn't as nice compared to the Eaton center or York dale in Toronto or Bramale in Brampton but the varieties of stores is much better , a much better selection for different age groups and life styles. All your shopping needs can get done in this one building with over 350 stores. What makes square one better? Well square one has a WALMART!! And a farmer market on the weekends, movie theaters in the mall. Hungry? Why not grab a bit to eat in one of the fast food restaurants in the foot court…or something Italian from the upstairs cafe … or what about a nice classy restaurant … what about a small treat like ice cream or a cookie square one has it all. Square one meets everyone shopping needs. You will truly be satisfied with your visit.

Museums of Mississauga

Want a little taste of history well Mississauga has three museums. These are real houses turned in to museums

First is called Benares Historic House located at 1507 Clarkson Road North, Mississauga this house is set back to the 1990’s it holds lots of items from the original 4 generation that lived there

They also have the Bradley Museum located at 1620 Orr Road, Mississauga, This is a originally a cottage turned into a museum that holds exhibits and holds very important artifact collection, This house was moved from its original location.

If you bored with playing all the arcade games, well then outside they have a water war stage area, mini putting, bungee trampoline, go-carting, bumper cars AND batting cages. Lots to do in one place you should never be bored. They have special discount days and specials like on Tuesdays go carting and stuff were 2 dollars a lap instead of 4 which in the summer its was something we always went to. Overall this is a great places to come hang out , bring the kids, bring out the kid in yourself.

SkyZone

Who doesn't like jumping on trampolines, Jumping off walks and jumping in to foam pits? Well if you do Sky zone is the place to go. Located in Mississauga at sky zone is one of those places great for any one, any age, any size, Bring your family or friends parents doesn't matter you all will have fun. Come show off your front flip, back flips side flips or just jump around. Why not try dodge ball on a trampolines ….yes ON A TRAMPOLINE sounds fun right? Well yeah it is the. Pricing for skyzone is 30-min = $8, 60min= $12.50 90-min= $16 120-min: $19.50. I really enjoy this place because it also helps me stay fit and helps out with breathing SO not only is this place just for fun but also for reasons that can help and benefit you.

Laser Tag

Laserquest- Ever bored , nothing at all to do? Well laser quest is here! If you’re afraid of the dark I advise you stay home. This is a fun indoor laser tag “maze”, that is played in the dark with laser gun and vest. All you.Can see is the lights that help you find yourself around the “maze” and the vest which have targets. Comes as a team, or even everyone for themselves. The winner is the one who get the most points. This is just like paint balling without the mess and the hard paint balls bruising your body and ruining
Your clothes. i would rather this because its safe and lots of fun.

Roller Bouncing

Scooters roller palace- Rainy days, sunny days, windy days, snowy days doesn’t matter its open scooters is an indoor roller skate rink. The prices are different starting from 10-20$. It’s more of an old school, retro type environment with plays a good selection of music that everyone likes. You skate around in a circle …sounds boring well im not done yet listening to music but with music and with friends and family it’s a “party on wheels”. If you get tired of roller blading you can get something to eat or just playing in the little arcade area. ALL FUN AND GAMES

Mississauga Celebration Square

The lovely newly renovated big free outside area based on arts, culture, and heritage., with a stage and two big TV’s sound system and lights….. Mississauga Celebration Square. Located in the heart of downtown Mississauga, this big open area holds over 100’s of free event all year round. Some amazing events I have attended are rib fest, Canada Day, Victoria Day, concerts, movie night. Fresh Air Fitness, Culture fest, A few plays and many more all for FREE. My favorite part about celebration square is the amazing fireworks show they put on Canada and Victoria Day such a beautiful sight. Not only is this place for events but when there are no events going on you could just go for a walk, bring a ball play soccer on the large lawn, blanket have a picnic or use the seat provided. In the summer they have a water area which I take my sister and she plays around in the water basically a water park. In the winter it’s turned in to a skating ring. Overall I enjoy attending celebration square it’s full of things to do with the whole family and brings the community closer. Meeting amazing people and attending great events that you can learn a lot from. Ever in Mississauga this is a must visit!!
